Megan Szczepanski

Megan Szczepanski is a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at Furiosity Marketing, where she blends analytical thinking with a collaborative mindset to help clients connect with the right audiences.

Megan earned her BA in Visual Communication Design from Kent State University, and brings roughly five years of digital marketing experience to her role, having joined Furiosity in 2025 after building a strong foundation in analytics, SEO, and demand generation strategy at previous companies.

Megan focuses on identifying and targeting the specific audiences most likely to convert, recognizing that not every potential customer is actively searching, and some may already have a long-standing partner elsewhere. That nuance requires a more specific, thoughtful approach to reaching the right people.

Megan enjoys digging into keyword research to uncover new opportunities worth investing in, and has helped set up new client accounts from scratch, learning their business and building out strategy along the way. She values collaboration across teams and believes strongly in minimizing unnecessary process so that digital marketing efforts flow smoothly with the rest of a client’s broader strategy.

Do you have any favorite projects?

Turning around an underperforming account is one that stands out. We recommended a new campaign approach based on what the client actually needed to see, more sales rather than just broader visibility. It ended up generating real results, and it was a great example of recognizing an opportunity and acting on it together.

What motivates you in your work?

Outside of work, my motivation is my little family: my boyfriend, our pets, and being able to do the things we love together. I also love celebrating wins with my team. Having a manager who makes me want to show up, and a collaborative, smart team around me, makes me want to work harder every day.

What’s your spirit core value?

Humble & Confident. If people can set aside ego and stay open to learning, it makes for better work and better teams. We’re always looking to keep learning while staying confident in what we’re producing right now.
