Get the Right People in the Room. Find the Right Way Forward.

QuickStorm™ is Furiosity Marketing’s proprietary in-person strategy and ideation session designed to help organizations solve meaningful business and marketing challenges together.

Available in half-day and full-day formats, every QuickStorm combines research, guided exercises, collaborative thinking, and expert facilitation to turn scattered ideas into clear strategic direction.

Furiosity Marketing and Tenza team members sit around wooden tables in a conference room during a QuickStorm session, viewing a shared spreadsheet on a wall-mounted screen while others take notes on laptops.

Point of View

Good Strategy Starts With Better Questions

Organizations often know more than they realize.

The challenge is getting the right people to share what they know, challenge one another’s assumptions, and turn all of that knowledge into something useful.

QuickStorm creates the structure for that to happen.

We bring your team and ours together, guide the conversation through carefully selected exercises, and build alignment around the decisions that matter most.

What We Do

What Can a QuickStorm Help Solve?

Marketing Strategy

Clarify goals, audiences, priorities, channels, and the role marketing should play in supporting the business.

Audience & Persona Development

Define who you are trying to reach, what they care about, how they make decisions, and what should shape the experience around them.

Customer Journey Mapping

Explore how audiences move from awareness to consideration and action, then identify opportunities to improve the experience along the way.

Positioning & USP

Identify what makes your organization different, why it matters to your audience, and how to communicate that value more clearly.

Brand & Creative Direction

Explore naming, logo direction, brand aesthetics, messaging, and other foundational decisions that shape how an organization presents itself.

Naming & Big Business Decisions

QuickStorm can also be used for major strategic questions, including company naming, product naming, organizational naming, and other decisions where broader perspective and alignment matter.

How QuickStorm Works

Learn Before We Meet

The session starts long before everyone enters the room.

Furiosity researches your organization, market, competitors, audiences, and existing marketing. Depending on the challenge, we may also conduct surveys with employees, customers, leadership, or other stakeholders and develop initial observations before the session begins.

Build It Together

Then we meet in person.

Furiosity facilitates a series of exercises designed specifically around the challenge. Some may be familiar tools like SWOT analysis, journey mapping, persona exercises, USP development, or tactic prioritization. Others may be completely custom.

The exercises are designed to uncover insights, test assumptions, generate possibilities, and move the group toward meaningful decisions.

Activate What We Learned

QuickStorm is designed to lead somewhere.

The outcome may become a marketing strategy, new brand, website project, messaging platform, campaign plan, naming direction, brand book, or another concrete deliverable.

The session creates the foundation. Then we put it to work.

Keep Improving

Strategy shouldn’t be carved in stone.

As the work moves into the market, we continue learning, measuring, and refining what we built together.

Shared Perspective

One Room Can Create a Lot of Alignment

QuickStorm is especially valuable when different people across an organization see the same challenge from different angles.
Leadership, sales, marketing, operations, customer-facing teams, and subject-matter experts can all bring information the others don’t have.

Bringing those perspectives together creates more than ideas.
It creates shared understanding.

That alignment makes the decisions that follow easier to explain, easier to support, and easier to execute.

Tailored Agenda

Built Around the Challenge

There is no standard QuickStorm agenda. We choose or create exercises based on the problem we’re trying to solve. A session might include:

SWOT Analysis

Journey Mapping

Audience & Persona Development

Unique Selling Proposition Exercises

Brand Positioning

Logo & Visual Ideation

Marketing Tactic Prioritization

Naming Exercises

Product Naming

Messaging Exploration

Custom Exercises Built by Furiosity

Half-Day Sessions

Work well for focused challenges when you need clarity quickly without pulling the whole team offline for a full day.

Full-Day QuickStorms

Give us room to go deeper, explore more angles, and work through larger strategic decisions.

And we do them in person. We’ll come to you.

Bring Us the Challenge

Start Stronger

When a big decision deserves more than a meeting, get the right people together and give the conversation the structure it needs.

We’ll do the research, ask the questions, guide the work, and help turn what your team knows into a clear way forward.

Good Questions Deserve Good Answers.

What is a QuickStorm?

QuickStorm is Furiosity Marketing's proprietary in-person strategy and ideation workshop. It combines research, structured exercises, and collaborative facilitation to help organizations solve marketing and business challenges and create clear strategic direction.

How long is a QuickStorm?

QuickStorms are available in half-day and full-day formats. The right format depends on the complexity of the challenge, the number of participants, and how much ground we need to cover.

Is QuickStorm always in person?

Yes. QuickStorm is intentionally designed as an in-person experience because the energy, conversation, collaboration, and alignment created in the room are an important part of the process. Furiosity travels for QuickStorm sessions.

Who should participate in a QuickStorm?

That depends on the challenge. Participants may include executives, marketing leaders, sales teams, operations leaders, subject-matter experts, customer-facing employees, or others whose perspective can help us understand the problem and make better decisions.

What happens before the QuickStorm?

Furiosity conducts independent research and prepares for the challenge before the session. That may include competitor research, market analysis, internal surveys, customer surveys, stakeholder input, existing marketing review, and preliminary ideation.

What do we get after a QuickStorm?

Deliverables vary depending on the purpose of the session. A QuickStorm might lead to a marketing strategy, journey map, brand direction, messaging, naming recommendations, website project, marketing plan, brand book, or another defined strategic output.

Can the exercises be customized?

Absolutely. We use proven strategy exercises when they fit the challenge, but we also create custom exercises when the situation requires something different.

Stay in the glow.
