Taylor Zaher

Taylor Zaher is Website Project Manager at Furiosity Marketing. In her unique role, Taylor manages the execution of all website builds, redesigns, and updates.

Taylor holds a BA in Psychology from Kent State University. Her people skills and time management help her prioritize what matters most when many things are happening at once, and keep her team focused on the right tasks.

Taylor joined Furiosity in 2022 and brings a variety of project and account management skills to her work. She aligns external stakeholders and internal team members around the same objectives and makes sure work is delivered on time. Her role puts her in direct contact with both producers and clients, and she enjoys seeing the big picture come together at the end.

Taylor is motivated by making sure every client is satisfied and their vision comes to life. She acts as a bridge between clients and the internal team, communicating as clearly as possible so everyone is working toward the same goal.

You have a pretty unique role as the only Website Project Manager on the team. What’s that like?

It’s really interesting, I’ve gotten to learn so much about web design and sometimes I’m surprised at everything I know. I like being able to work alongside clients and Furiosity team members at once and provide help on both sides.

What’s something that might be surprising about website projects?

Each one is a little different, so we’re always learning new things and applying what we’ve learned. I’m super proud of our internal team and what we’ve been able to accomplish, especially with bigger projects that have a lot of moving parts.

What motivates you as a project manager?

Knowing that clients are satisfied. It seems obvious, but as a project manager, I want to make sure I’m clearly communicating all the great work we’re doing and the results we’re delivering.

What’s your spirit core value?

I’d say Professional Pride. That’s my motivator to uphold high standards and present amazing work to clients, because when a client is satisfied, so am I! Obviously Partnership is super important as well and ties into Professional Pride.
