Make Your Website Accessible to Everyone

Furiosity Marketing helps organizations identify and remediate website accessibility issues so more people can successfully use their digital content and services.

We use enterprise-grade automated scanning to evaluate accessibility across your entire website, scope the work required, implement remediation, and provide a point-in-time accessibility report when the work is complete.

Accessibility Is the Right Thing to Do

A website should work for people with visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and other disabilities.

Accessibility improves equitable access to information and services, reduces barriers for users, and often creates a better digital experience for everyone. It also strengthens the underlying structure of the website in ways that can support usability, SEO, and AI visibility.

What We Do

What Goes Into Website Accessibility

Accessibility Audit

We scan the website across its pages and templates to identify accessibility issues and establish the current state of the site.

WCAG Remediation

We address issues involving structure, navigation, forms, images, contrast, keyboard access, labels, headings, and other technical and content barriers.

Scope Based on the Website

Accessibility remediation is not one-size-fits-all. A small informational website may require relatively little work, while a large site with years of content and custom functionality may require a significantly larger effort.

Assistive Technology Support

We can implement tools such as the UserWay accessibility widget to provide additional assistance to visitors using the site.

Verification

After remediation, we run the website through the accessibility testing process again and provide reporting that reflects the website’s accessibility status at that point in time.

Scanning Tool Onboarding

For organizations that want ongoing oversight after our work is complete, we can help them get set up with their own accessibility scanning and governance platform.

How Our Accessibility Process Works

Scan

We run a full-site automated scan against WCAG 2.1 Level AA and produce a detailed report of accessibility issues across your pages and templates.

Scope

We review the findings, determine the level of effort required, and develop a remediation scope based on the actual condition and complexity of the website.

Remediate

Furiosity implements the required accessibility improvements across content, design, structure, and functionality.

Verify & Hand Off

Once remediation is complete, we rescan the site, document the results, and provide a report reflecting the website’s accessibility status at that point in time.

The engagement is then handed back to the organization.

ADA Title II Is Creating a New Standard for Public Websites

Website accessibility is especially important for state and local governments and organizations providing public services.

The DOJ’s Title II web accessibility rule requires covered state and local government web content and mobile apps to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Following a 2026 deadline extension, public entities serving populations of 50,000 or more must comply by April 26, 2027. Smaller public entities and special district governments have until April 26, 2028.

For municipalities, public agencies, school districts, and other covered organizations, accessibility is moving from a best practice to a defined compliance requirement.

Accessibility Is Bigger Than Compliance

Organizations pursue accessibility for plenty of reasons beyond a legal deadline.

Accessible websites reach more people. They tend to have clearer structure, better navigation, more descriptive content, and stronger semantic markup.

Those improvements can benefit traditional SEO and make information easier for AI systems and assistive technologies to interpret.

A healthier website is usually a more accessible website. And vice versa.

We Fix the Website. We Don’t Promise It Stays Frozen Forever.

Accessibility is affected by change.

New pages, PDFs, images, plugins, forms, videos, and other content can introduce new accessibility issues after remediation is complete.

Furiosity’s service is intentionally focused on auditing, scoping, implementing, and verifying accessibility at a specific point in time.

We do not provide continuous monitoring or guarantee ongoing compliance after handoff.

For organizations that need ongoing oversight, we can help you establish access to your own scanning platform and internal process for reviewing future changes.

Bring Us the Challenge

Build a Website More People Can Use

Accessibility makes websites more inclusive, more usable, and in many cases, legally necessary.

We’ll help you understand where the problems are, scope what needs to be fixed, implement the work, and document the result.

Good Questions Deserve Good Answers.

What does ADA Title II require for websites?

The DOJ's current Title II rule requires covered state and local government web content and mobile apps to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, subject to certain exceptions and limitations in the regulation.

Is WCAG 2.2 the current accessibility standard?

WCAG 2.2 is the latest W3C Recommendation and adds additional accessibility criteria beyond WCAG 2.1. However, the DOJ's current Title II rule specifically references WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Who needs to meet the ADA Title II website requirements?

The rule applies to state and local government entities and the web content and mobile apps they provide or make available. Organizations delivering services through arrangements with public entities may also need to evaluate how the rule applies to their work.

What happens during an accessibility audit?

We scan your website against WCAG 2.1 Level AA across its pages and templates. The results show us which barriers exist, how severe they are, and how widespread they are, and we use that to build a realistic remediation scope.

Can you tell us how much remediation will cost before scanning?

Not accurately.

Accessibility effort varies dramatically by website size, age, structure, content, and functionality. That's why we begin with an audit and use the findings to create a realistic scope of work.

What happens after Furiosity fixes the accessibility issues?

We rescan the website and provide reporting reflecting its accessibility status at that point in time. We then hand the site back to your organization.

Does Furiosity continuously monitor accessibility after remediation?

No.

Our service covers the audit, remediation, verification, and handoff. Future website changes can introduce new accessibility issues, so organizations that require ongoing monitoring should maintain their own accessibility governance process.

We can help you get set up with your own scanning software to support that process.

Does an accessibility widget make a website compliant?

A widget can provide useful assistance, but it does not replace proper accessibility remediation.

We may implement UserWay as an additional layer of support, while the primary work focuses on correcting accessibility issues in the website itself.
