Megan Dalrymple

Megan Dalrymple is the Director of Partnership at Furiosity Marketing, where she brings a detailed, strategic approach to how client relationships and internal teams are managed.

Megan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Youngstown State University before beginning her career as a Project Manager, building a strong foundation in organization, communication, and problem-solving. This experience shaped how she approaches her work, with a steady focus on keeping projects on track and teams aligned.

Megan joined the Furiosity team in 2023 and has since grown steadily within the company, working her way up to her current position on the Executive Team with a well-rounded understanding of both project management and account strategy. Her background gives her a clear view of how Furiosity’s work comes together from start to finish.

Megan was promoted to Director of Partnership in 2025, where she now leads Furiosity’s Account Strategists and Project Managers, overseeing both the strategic vision and day-to-day execution behind client relationships and projects. Her detailed approach helps ensure that every team stays aligned and every client feels genuinely supported.

What motivates you day to day in your role?

I have an internal drive to do things well, and I care about the success and growth of the people around me. I want to see our teams become the best versions of themselves, because that’s what leads to client success. I work behind the scenes to make sure our clients are well supported, our teams stay proactive and responsive, and our work stays on track.

What’s a client relationship you’re especially proud of?

One of my favorites began with very professional, surface-level conversations. Then the client noticed that my hair seems to change constantly, so I leaned in with a purple wig, space buns, and wacky headbands. It broke the ice, and now we have a great relationship built on genuine personal connection.

What part of your job feels the most rewarding?

I love puzzles. Balancing staff capacity with client needs, navigating the human side of communication, and finding ways to give feedback that helps people grow are all puzzles I enjoy. It’s rewarding to protect both our internal and client relationships and make the balance happen. We grow together as a result.

What’s your spirit core value, and why does it resonate with you?

Clear communication, because I see it as the first step toward Furiosity. So many problems can be solved when we communicate well. It keeps our clients informed and confident in the work, and it helps our teams stay aligned, raise concerns early, and deliver the best results for the people we serve.
